This policy covers the HLS Labs website, including the Family OS product pages and waitlist. It's written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us, the page you signed up from, and the time you signed up. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes standard technical logs — IP address and browser information — to serve and protect the site.

What we use it for

One thing: telling you when your Family OS invite is ready. We don't send a newsletter, we don't sell or share your email with anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Waitlist emails are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to the founders of HLS Labs.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we use analytics, it's Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and doesn't track you across sites.

Removing yourself

Email hello@hls-labs.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it — permanently, usually within a few days.
